The Rock Church held its first service with just 19 people in attendance.

In March, we purchased our Forestdale Campus located at 1120 Apricot Avenue, Birmingham, AL 35214
By Easter ther were more than 300 people attending weekly services
There was massive revival with hundreds giving their lives to Christ.
We celebrated iRock Easter Weekend by giving away over $10,000 of gas, a City Wide Easter Picnic and Easter Egg Hunt for Kids and Adults. We culminated the weekend with a City Wide Worship Experience at the Historic Boutwell Auditorium.
We opened our first satellite campus located at the Carver Theater in Downtown Birmingham.
We opened our second satellite campus located at Center Point High School.
The Rock Church was continuing major growth and expansion with 3 campuses located across the city and over 12 services weekly.
PMJ being led by the spirit closed all satellite campuses and brought everyone home to the Forestdale Campus. While this move caused over crowding and many traffic jams, PMJ persisted, as he believed that God was preparing us for something greater!
2015 - Acquired the Boutwell Campus
With much growth and massive crowds bombarding the Forestdale Campus weekly, The Rock Church entered into a long-term agreement with the City of Birmingham to hold weekly worship services at The Boutwell Auditorium.
2017 - Rock City was born
With the natural maturation of ministry, the church took a bold step and renamed itself Rock City Church focusing on the concept of being a city within a city and meeting the needs of Greater Birmingham and beyond.
